Location: HMP Bullingdon, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX25 1PZ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (Subject to experience)

MK College Group are recruiting for an Inclusion Practitioner who has a holistic approach to highlighting learning needs and disabilities. You will be part of the Education Team based on site at HMP Bullingdon. As a successful Inclusion Practitioner, you will provide the ability to build good working relationships with learners is a key aspect of the role to help them overcome negative experiences that may be a barrier to reaching their potential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.

This opportunity involves supporting the Department Manager in the day-to-day administration and operations of the department. Your ability to work on your own initiative is critical for this role and you will need to have a flexible and resilient approach to your work as it will be varied. Milton Keynes College is looking for a patient and friendly individual who is self-motivated and work well under pressure. Carry out general administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

In this role you will be working across the whole prison, on all wings where education is delivered. This is a varied and interesting role with the opportunity to see learners develop and achieve.
