- A degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject area.
- A formal teaching qualification at level 4 (CTLLS or equivalent) or above.
- Literacy and Numeracy qualifications at level 2 or above.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience delivering to HNC & HND level, Teaching qualification desirable.
- Experience of working in FE.
- Experience of the post-16 age group.
- A demonstrable record of success in previous roles.
- Classroom management
- Compliance management
- Managing learner attendance

Salary: £25,766 - £29,014 depending in experience and qualifications
