We are seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a student in Morecambe. If you are passionate about education and have a knack for helping children thrive, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of a Year 4 student on a one-to-one basis.
- Assist with lesson preparation and delivery, tailored to the student's needs.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Monitor progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.

Qualifications:
- Experience working as a teaching assistant, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
