Associate Lecturer (Nuclear Science or Radiation Protection)

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our award-winning Nuclear Engineering & Science training team at Bridgwater and Taunton College.

Due to the success and growth we are looking for outstanding individuals to join our delivery team at this exciting time as we support our employers to build the workforce of the future.

Our continued success means we have a significant investment programme to support new buildings, facilities and equipment. Our most recent addition is the new £15 million National College for Nuclear that provides a specialist State-of-the-Art training facility with unique realistic working environments.

Further investment includes; the Energy Skills Centre and Advanced Engineering Centre, for the engineering, nuclear and sustainable energy sectors.

We welcome applications from individuals without educational sector experience as support and training will be given to the successful candidate. Existing training or educational sector experience would be an advantage.

We are interested in hearing from applicants with experience in one or more the following areas:
  • Radiation Protection
  • Nuclear Health Physics Monitoring
  • Nuclear Science
