University Centre Peterborough (UCP) is seeking a talented HE Administrator and Receptionist to provide exceptional administrative support and front-of-house services. This role is essential in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Administration: Support admission and enrolment processes, student records, and support student events.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • General Administration: Handle data entry, report generation, and office supplies management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent support to students, staff, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualifications in relevant subjects.
