We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 Primary School Teacher for a full-time position starting in January at a welcoming primary school in Thornton Heath. This long-term role has the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the curriculum for Year 2.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages all students to thrive.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the success of each pupil.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in primary schools.
• Strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessments.
• Ability to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Commitment to working long-term with the potential for a permanent role.
