MANAGEMENT & MENTORING TRAINER

Location: HMP Coldingley, Shaftesbury Road, Bisley, West End GU24 9EX
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary: Up to £36,890 per annum (Subject to experience)
Apprenticeships: Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards

Milton Keynes College have an opportunity for a passionate Management & Mentoring Trainer who believes in the power of transforming lives through learning. If you can effectively engage with learners and can demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, we would like you to be part our education team based at HMP Coldingley. The role will involve teaching the NCFE Level 2 Peer Mentoring, and CMI Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management courses.

A recognised teaching qualification (minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training) with experience is preferred, however for the right candidate with relevant industry experience, full training and mentoring will be provided. More about the Level 3 AET course can be found at the following link:
