As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will join a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience. Working across our College canteen (The Bay) as well as our Reception area, you'll meet and greet visitors, students, staff and other stakeholders to provide great customer service.

When working in our canteen, you'll serve customers and take payment for items during our busy breakfast and lunchtimes. When supporting our Reception & Admin team, you'll greet visitors, answer the phone and help with some admin work.

What your apprenticeship includes: - Face to face catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress
- A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
- Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer
- The chance to get Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE)
- A Customer Service Apprenticeship Qualification once you have completed the 15-month programme
- Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety qualification

Skills & Experience No previous experience is required, just a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and be part of a great team. You must be committed to developing your skills within Customer Service and enjoy being customer facing.

Hours of work Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
