- Class Coverage: Lead the classroom during the teacher's absence, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
- Interventions: Conduct small and large group interventions focused on literacy and numeracy skills, tailored to meet diverse student needs.
- Behaviour Management: Apply effective strategies to foster respect and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Individual Support: Provide targeted assistance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), promoting inclusivity.
- Communication: Keep open lines of communication with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress and concerns.
- Safeguarding: Adhere to safeguarding policies to ensure student well-being.

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 12 weeks of experience working with children in a UK school.
- Training: Recent safeguarding training preferred; some training will be provided.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
- Provide two professional references from childcare or educational settings.
