Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Worker (BSW) and want to continue playing a vital role in a child's education journey?

CER Education are on the hunt for BSWs based near Castleford to support the educational development of students at our exclusive partnered Secondary School within a Trust we work exclusively with. As a BSW, you will play an important role within the school, with a unique chance to work with students who require additional support due to their complex needs and challenging behaviours. There might be times you are asked to ensure lessons are supervised in the absence of their regular teacher and reinforcing a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor is desirable but not essential.
Enthusiastic about working with children and supporting their learning journey.
Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
DBS Certification (or be willing to obtain certification).
