About the role

Based at our Duchy Stoke Climsland campus, we are looking for an individual to provide information, advice and guidance to support learners with making decisions about the next steps towards their career goals. As an extension to the Student Experience Team, the Careers Team are on hand to provide impartial guidance to support individuals with their next steps.

The role will be predominantly linked to working with 16-18-year olds studying at the Duchy Stoke Climsland campus, with the expectation that support for others is provided if needed. You will also be expected to work within the curriculum to enable the embedding of careers education, advice and guidance across all programmes based at Duchy Stoke Climsland as well as facilitate personal development workshops.

Skills & Experience

Applicants would ideally be experienced in providing careers-based information, advice & guidance or hold a Level 6 qualification in guidance (or be willing to achieve when in post). Experience of supporting young people with SEND is essential for this role.

Hours of work

This is a part-time role, 3 days per week (8.30am - 5pm).
