Salary Point 24 - £16,650 per annum, pro-rata of £27,750 per annum

We're looking for a dynamic Pastoral Youth Support Worker to join our Learner Engagement team. You'll provide essential support to learners across various levels, from Pre-Entry to Level 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver personalised development sessions
  • Offer pastoral support and guidance
  • Assist in classroom settings
  • Utilise strategies to nurture and empower learners to reach their full potential
Ideal Candidate:
  • Level 3 teaching related qualification is desirable
  • Level 2 English and Maths
  • Experience of working with young people in a support or related role
  • Professional practice in an educational environment
  • Experience of providing advice, guidance and/or education to young people and/or adults
  • Excellent communication, strong motivation, and a commitment to safeguarding
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
