Role and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, ensuring all students make progress.

Assess students' learning needs and provide targeted support and intervention where necessary.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for improving teaching and learning outcomes.

Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Relevant experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 students.

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and best practices in primary education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
