Role Overview:
As the Site Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and cleanliness of the school premises. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and conducive to a productive learning environment. Your leadership and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of the school premises.
Oversee maintenance and repairs of the school buildings and grounds.
Manage a small team of site staff, providing guidance and support.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
Assist in the planning and execution of school events and activities.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
Support the school's health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a supervisory or maintenance role, ideally within an educational setting.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance.
