Position Details:

• Role: KS4 SEMH Teaching Assistant
• Location: Hackney, London
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students in KS4 with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people with SEMH needs is desirable.
• A genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional development of students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
