TeacherActive are looking for a SEND Employability Tutor to join one of our fantastic SEND colleges in South Liverpool. The successful candidate will plan, prepare and deliver the Employability Curriculum whilst embedding English and maths and use job coaching techniques to support young people's development towards employability.

The successful SEND Employability tutor will be joining a brilliant College that supports young adults with a variety of Special Education Needs. Experience working with learners who have an Autism / ASC and Moderate Learning Difficulties / MLD diagnosis is essential.

The Head of college is looking to take on a driven SEND Employability Tutor, on a Long-Term basis until the end of the academic year with the possibility this will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

As a SEND Employability Tutor you will require the following:

• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant experience working within an FE setting
• A passion for teaching and making a difference to young people s learning
