About the role:

The role is a part-time opportunity, and the school are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support maths teaching and numeracy. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive educational background in maths, including GCSEs and/or A-levels. Key responsibilities include multi-tasking to manage student needs, managing resources, and providing excellent organisational and communication skills in leading groups of learners. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is willing to engage in the wider life of the college.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong GCSE or A-Level qualifications in Maths. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject is desirable.
• Be a committed team player.
• Be comfortable in adapting to different environments.
• Be comfortable in building positive relationships and making a difference.
• Be able to deliver Maths in a fun and engaging way.
