Sessional Lecturer - Business Studies

Sessional Lecturer in Business Studies
14.4 hour per week for the academic year
£28.78 per hour per hour including holiday pay

The Business Department at City College Norwich and Paston College offers courses to 16-19-year-old students across Level 1, 2 and 3 including the new T Level in Management & Administration and the T Level Foundation Programme. The department is flourishing, and we are seeking to increase the delivery team to contribute to the further development of the department.

We are looking for a well-qualified, experienced, and inspirational lecturer to join our business teaching team and to support the delivery of all our courses.

The successful applicant will bring their teaching experience and contribute enthusiastically to the planning, delivery and assessment of our courses. You will be able to deliver high quality planned sessions to students which are active and engaging. You should also be able to provide high levels of challenge and support progress through ongoing feedback to ensure that students can achieve their full potential and high grades.

In addition to the planning and teaching of our business courses, the successful applicant will use their professional skills and industrial experiences to support our business students with developing their employability and transferable soft skills they will need to progress onto their chosen FE Course, employment route, apprenticeship or university course.
