Come and join our team in their crusade to make our classrooms supportive and enriching places, where vulnerable young people can achieve so much more than they ever expected.

We offer extensive support to new staff through a thorough Induction and regular support and coaching. We have colleagues in the ACC team who started out as LSAs and progressed into teaching; and even curriculum and management!

About you

You will be confident, adaptable and enthusiastic. Perhaps you're an aspiring teacher, a recent graduate or an experienced LSA looking for the perfect role to immerse yourself in; one in which you'll have opportunities and challenges that will help develop your practice. You will have experience in working or volunteering with young people or vulnerable adults; and if you have a Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching or Youth Work qualification this would be the icing on the cake! Level 2 qualifications in numeracy and literacy are essential so that you can support our young people with their English and maths studies.
