Supply Pool - BA (Hons) Management Lecturer (Top-up)

The College currently administers its own supply pool of staff for assignments on a casual basis and is available for individuals who wish to undertake assessing, lecturing, learner support or administration work. Opportunities occur across the entire College in curriculum and in the various administrative centers within the College together with Adult Learning courses at various venues within the local community. Assignments can be as little as a couple hours a week up to full time working and many supply pool staff have gone on fixed term and permanent posts within the College.

We are seeking experienced and dedicated lecturers to join our supply pool for the BA (Hons) Management Top-up programme. As a member of our dynamic teaching team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality education to undergraduate students. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive academic environment, enabling you to share your expertise and make a lasting impact.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Deliver engaging lectures and seminars to BA (Hons) Management Top-up students.
Support student development through mentoring and academic guidance.
Contribute to curriculum development and assessment.
Requirements:
 
A relevant degree, preferably at postgraduate level.
Experience in teaching at higher education level.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
