Veritas Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 2 Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Burnley. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging learning environment and helping pupils reach their full potential.

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing feedback and adapting teaching strategies where necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
• Work collaboratively with the wider school team, including support staff and parents, to ensure the best outcomes for all students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching at Key Stage 1 (Year 2 experience is preferred but not essential).
• A strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum, including phonics, literacy, and numeracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
