Head of Teaching & Learning
Wirral Met College is looking for a Head of Teaching & Learning to join our Quality team. This is a full time role 35 hour per week Mon-Fri, role offering a salary of £44,314 to £51,346 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
The Head of Teaching & Learning will lead and manage the Teacher Education team and work collaboratively with curriculum Heads of Department to drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the College. A key part of the role will be to promote, embed and sustain high quality and consistent pedagogical practice across the College through the oversight, development and delivery of inspirational, innovative, and up-to-date training programs.
The Head of Teaching & Learning will also play a lead role within the College observation team, of Teaching & Learning Coaches.
