About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to drive forward Duchy College's Home Farm operations, especially our flagship new dairy facility, Future Farm, which delivers teaching, research and knowledge transfer through the working farm.

The Assistant Farm Manager will be instrumental in delivering our vision - working with industry, communities, academia and government - to provide learners with leading-edge knowledge and expertise in sustainable agriculture and land management.

Supporting the Farm Director and curriculum team, this position requires a solid agricultural knowledge, experience of managing teams, an understanding of education and research, combined with a real can-do attitude and outlook.
