Lecturer, Hospitality and Travel, Fixed term 22 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 1 year fixed term Maternity cover, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Southend Campus. We have a fantastic opportunity to join South Essex College as a Lecturer for Hospitality and Travel at our Southend City college campus. Applicant will have a level 3 in Patisserie and Confectionery baking in order to course lead the learners completing their Level 3 Patisserie course. You will have industry experience to guide and support learners into the industry. A teaching qualification would be desirable but is not essential as support can be given if successful. You will be responsible for a high quality delivery with innovative teaching, learning and assessment to ensure all learners meet or exceed their predicted outcomes, whilst leading the effective planning and delivery of the curriculum. As a College Lecturer, with an outstanding teaching, learning and assessment record within your teaching specialism, effectively managing the student experience, progress and welfare within the curriculum to achieve consistently high outcomes.
