We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and professional individual who has experience in a range of administrative processes, practices and procedures.

Working as part of the Central Admin team, you will be the first point of contact for external and internal customers, and will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Directorate of Quality, Development, Careers and PD. This will include entering and maintaining data and information on key College systems, therefore excellent IT skills and expertise are essential.

To apply you should have a relevant Level 3 qualification and Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent. You will also have demonstrable administrative and IT skills, along with the ability to work pro-actively with a customer–focused approach.
This main base for this post is our Ipswich Campus, however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you will be required to work at and travel between campuses.

At Suffolk New College, we promote the culture of BeSNC. Implementing BeSNC is not just a choice; it's a commitment to providing the best possible environment for our learners to thrive. It's a commitment to nurturing an inclusive and supportive community where each student, staff and community member can reach their full potential.
