We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw campus to join the Administration Services Team as an Enquiry Response Advisor on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis (you will be required to 1 late shift).

As an Enquiry Response Advisor, you will:

  • Respond to all incoming calls to the Course Enquiry line and maintain lost call rates below 5% level.
  • Respond to all incoming calls to the Switchboard line and maintain lost call rates below 5% level.
  • Respond to all incoming calls to the LTE group.
  • Update staff and contact details as and when staff join or leave the college.
  • Work in accordance with Call Centre Customer Services Standards at all times.
  • Compliance with Safeguarding regulations, ensuring data protection regarding Caller Identification.
  • Respond to all incoming e-mails that are received centrally in a timely manner.
  • Carry out administrative functions efficiently, i.e., inputting of data capture cards from marketing events, inputting of enquiry details onto EBS database.

To do this successfully you'll need:

  • Level 2 Maths.
  • Level 2 English.
  • Customer Service Background.
  • Call Centre Background.
  • Microsoft Office literate.
  • Able to work under pressure.
