£29,403 - £31,350 per annum

We are seeking to recruit a Building Maintenance Operative to work at Easton College. This is a great opportunity to join the Estates & Facilities team, supporting the Facilities Manager and working as part of a team to provide a flexible and efficient repair and maintenance service to college buildings, services and systems. The postholder will be expected to carry out building, plumbing and minor electrical reactive works along with planned preventative maintenance tasks.

We are looking for the following key qualities: City & Guilds construction qualification, ideally from a carpentry/joinery background with strong experience of other building trades, such as plumbing and electrical. Solid practical maintenance experience is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and good finishing skills. You must be a team player, have a flexible and adaptable approach to work and be a creative problem solver. Experience of working within an education/commercial environment is also preferable.
