Abingdon & Witney College is looking for an experienced and highly organised SEND Administration Team Leader to take a key role in supporting our SEND provision. This vital position involves leading and managing the SEND administration team, ensuring that all processes align with the SEND Code of Practice, meeting key ESFA deadlines, and ensuring that funding for SEND and High Needs students is accurately captured and reported.

As the SEND Administration Team Leader, you will manage and coordinate the daily operations of the SEND administration team, including EHCP consultations, funding submissions, and data management. You will also act as the main point of contact with local authorities, ensuring that funding claims and processes are accurate and timely. The role requires excellent leadership and management skills, a strong understanding of SEND, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet statutory deadlines.
