The Role:

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Estates team as a Part-Time Cleaning Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support our cleaning staff, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all staff, students, and visitors.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Supervising cleaning assistants to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the College.

- Conducting daily inspections to ensure cleaning performance meets expectations.

- Providing on-the-job training and managing cleaning schedules.

- Assisting with staff recruitment and managing sickness/absence processes.

- Liaising with other Estates staff on building maintenance and Health & Safety issues.

- Ensuring compliance with Risk and COSHH assessments and promoting the use of PPE.
