Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Graduate Payroll & Pensions Trainee! You will assist the Group Payroll Manager and Group Finance Director in delivering high-quality payroll support and administering various pension schemes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing comprehensive payroll and pension services.
  • Enhance payroll functions to meet future business needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and review time and expenses claims.
  • Process starters, leavers, and salary amendments.
  • Calculate and process statutory payments.
  • Manage pension data deductions and assessments.
  • Respond to payroll queries and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or similar (minimum 2.1).
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
