About The Role and Person

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Digital Systems and Data Apprentice for a fixed term contract of up to 24 months.

The post holder will assist with daily operations, support the creation and maintenance of reports, and help manage system issues. They will work with tools like SSMS, SharePoint and PowerBI, support helpdesk tickets, and ensure data integrity across our systems. The post holder will engage in training and contribute to projects involving new technologies and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate would have a strong passion for technology and a keen interest in digital systems, data management, and IT support. They will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and an organised approach to tasks and documentation. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of SQL and PowerBI. They will hold the ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various departments is essential, as is an eagerness to learn and develop new skills in a professional setting.
