Study Support Officer - Newquay - Actual pro rata salary* £7,035.57 plus holiday payment of £1,028.28), £13.44 per hour, Full time equivalent salary £22,560.72 per annum - Hours per week: 15 - Weeks per year: 40 (Term Time) - Closing Date: 29 September 2024 - Interview Date: TBC

Based at our Newquay campus, we are looking for a Study Support Officer to work in our Learning Centre as well provide study support for learners.

Applicants should have experience of working with students and supporting their development of academic skills. The post holder will work in our fully resourced Learning Centre to provide support for learners in using resources, computers and accessing online content.

They will also undertake some library and customer service duties as well deliver workshops and one to one sessions to develop the skills of our higher education students to undertake academic study.

The working hours for the post are likely to be:

  • Tuesday 10am-3pm
  • Wednesday 1pm-6pm
  • Thursday 1pm-6pm
