£34,912 - £36,860 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity to work as the PA to the Principal of City College Norwich. This is a senior position with Office Manager responsibility.

You will manage and lead on the efficient provision of administrative support to the Principal and Senior Management Team and undertake high level office duties as required. You will supervise relevant staff and undertake Designated Safeguarding Lead duties in the absence of the Executive Manager.

This important role within the organisation requires that the candidate has extensive senior level PA experience and has an NVQ III or equivalent in administration or recognised secretarial/business qualification.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all communications and visitors to the Principal and have a strong eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills. Highly developed communication skills and a proactive approach is critical with the ability of working flexibly within a senior support team.

Staff mandatory training will be completed within 3 months.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm
Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

This post is based at City College Norwich, Ipswich Road campus. However, City College Norwich is a multi-campus organisation and there may be a requirement to work at any of the four campuses.
