We are looking for friendly, student-centred colleagues to join our Residential Accommodation Team our Harcourt Hill site at Oxford Brookes.

Supporting our residential students with pastoral support to create a safe and welcoming community, you'll safeguard students from 16-19 alongside a team of other wardens. The post predominantly works an out of hours shift pattern as part of an on-call rota in-conjunction with the rest of the team. You'll be working on a 4 days on, 2 days off pattern, with any weekends on an "as required" basis depending on the rugby fixtures. The warden on duty will cover 2 days from 15:00 until 9:30 the next day, supporting with enrichment activities in the evening and sleeping on-site to support with any safeguarding concerns overnight. The following 2 days as the backup warden you'll cover 17:00-midnight, with an 8:30 finish the next day before your 2 days off rota. Please call us to discuss the rota in more detail as there maybe some flexibility that can be accommodated.
