We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join our Automotive, Construction, Engineering and Logistics Department as an Attendance and Progress Monitor on a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) basis.

As an Attendance and Progress Monitor you will work as part of a team to support achievement by improving student attendance and punctuality and promote positive attitudes towards attendance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • English and Maths - must be qualified to a minimum of Level 2.
  • Experience of managing difficult conversations.
  • Ability to work in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Flexibility and resilience.
  • Open and approachable manner.
