Actual Salary £12,779 - £13,934 per annum

Full-time Salary £26,269 - £28,644 per annum

Permanent – Part-time – 18 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role

You will support with the progress of apprentices in the workplace and at college whilst providing coaching and liaising with employers to ensure apprentices complete the requirements of their apprenticeship on time.  The hours of work will be 10.00 to 15.00, Monday to Thursday.  This includes a 30-minute lunch break.

About you

You will have experience of a customer service role providing with evidence of outstanding customer service and quality assurance.  You will have an understanding of the recent changes to Apprenticeships and the ability to drive change whilst helping others to reach their business and individual potential.
