About the role:

We are seeking reliable and responsible Exam Invigilators to deliver an effective, efficient, and customer-friendly examination and assessment service. As an Exam Invigilator, you will support exam staff by ensuring candidates are correctly identified, seated, and taking the appropriate test papers, allowing examinations to begin promptly. You will display relevant notices outside examination rooms and liaise with the Examinations Team as needed.

You will oversee the running of examinations, ensuring full compliance with Examination Board regulations, and promptly report any anomalies or issues to the Examinations Team. You will provide candidates with the correct test papers, answer booklets, and any other required materials, while also ensuring that candidates do not communicate with each other or use electronic devices once the test has begun.
