About the role

The Pastoral Team at Pendleton is a highly skilled team that works with students and parents to overcome barriers to learning. They provide pastoral support for students on A-Level, Level Three Vocational and a small number of Level Two Vocational courses.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Enrichment Officer to join our dedicated team. You will work as part of the team to develop and support the delivery of an appropriate, interesting and relevant student enrichment programme. You will be expected to facilitate engaging activities which support wellbeing, behaviour, attitudes, and personal development. We are looking for someone to work with the Pastoral Team to facilitate student led groups and ensure the learner voice is supported and promoted across the college. You will be required to support the retention and progression of young people by delivering high quality enrichment. Experience in delivering gym inductions or using the gym would be desirable however this is not essential.

Main Duties for this role include
• Devise, plan and implement a calendar of engaging, student enrichment activities, ensuring a rich, positive, well-rounded experience at the college that supports behaviours, attitudes, wellbeing and personal development.
• Prepare data as requested by line manager e.g. Track and monitor participation of enrichment activities and identify actions to tackle low levels of engagement.
• Work with the Student Council to effectively support the Students' Voice activities by facilitating student led groups and campaigns.
