Colchester but with travel to Braintree and Tendring

£33,197 - £34,200 per annum

Fixed Term for 12 months – Full-time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role

You will develop vital links between clients seeking work or inspiring to move closer to the labour market and Construction and STEM based employers.  You will seek out opportunities for clients aspiring to work or change careers.  You will also identify potential in individuals, understand their existing talents and develop, instigate and co-ordinate individual plans of action to facilitate their journey to new careers or employment. 

About you

You will have experience of working in partnership with differing organisations towards a common goal, good communication skills and the ability to persuade others to overcome perceived barriers.  You will also enjoy working with adults to provide opportunities to better themselves, be able to give sound advice and actively build pathways of development that leads to meaningful careers / employment.
