About The Role and Person

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Catering Assistant/Barista to work in the restaurant at the College's Enfield Campus.

The role involves a range of responsibilities including assisting with the set up and service of hot and/or cold meals and beverages, helping to keep the kitchen and food areas clean and tidy and ensuring food and supply items are stored correctly. The post holder will be responsible for providing an effective service to College staff, students and the general public.

They will also be responsible for ensuring the server area is correctly stocked and maintained including beverage machines. Handling cash and operating the till will also be required, and full training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in catering, have a positive and enthusiastic approach and be able to deliver a friendly yet professional customer experience.

This post will include weekend working during the summer months' subject to business needs.
