Kirklees College is at the heart of its community providing inspirational teaching and ensuring the curriculum is developed with employers, enabling all students to progress. As our new Curriculum Director Safeguarding, Student Experience and Inclusion you will play a vital role in ensuring students from all backgrounds and abilities have an outstanding experience at the College and that the voices of all students are heard and reflected in our strategic decisions. You will have a track record of successful leadership of Student Services departments where the role will encompass the management of Support Managers for Safeguarding, SEND and Student Experience. Reporting directly to the Vice Principal Quality and Student Experience you will be the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the College working closely with all Executive colleagues.
