£25,095.41 per annum (£29,322.00 pro rata per annum)

We are currently recruiting for a Retention and Progression Tutor (RAP) to join our friendly and professional team. This rewarding role enables you to support students through their journey at Basingstoke College of Technology.

The main purpose of the role is to monitor attendance, punctuality and data on student progress towards attainment targets. Each Retention and Progression Tutor will be assigned a case load of students to support. RAP Tutors deliver relevant tutorial programmes to a cohort of students and work closely with departments within the College and external agencies to ensure students have access to all the support they need to ensure they achieve.
