Workforce Adult Skills, Employability Advisor, Full time We are looking to recruit an Employability Advisor to help support our unemployed learners through their journey into employment. The role also covers helping our paying customers in their quest to gain training and qualifications relevant to their chosen career. Helping out in an advisory role at external events forms a large part of this role. There is also an administrative element to the Employability Advisor role to support operational requirements so the post holder will need to have excellent organisational, IT and customer service skills. This role is mainly based at our Southend campus but the post holder will travel to our other campuses in Thurrock and Basildon as well as to employer premises and to our referral partners when required.
