We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic lecturer to join our BA (Hons) Interior Design programme within the Higher Education department at the University Centre South Essex. The post holder will need to have experience in the Interior Design industry in areas such as hospitality design, retail and/or commercial settings. The successful applicant must have specialist knowledge in relevant Industry software for the Interior Design industry. This includes Sketch-up and/or Revit, Autocad, VRay Knowledge of Indesign and other Adobe CS software would also be desirable. You will have a High Grade degree in Interior Design, and a Master's degree in Interior Design, teaching qualifiication or related discipline is desirable. If you have excellent knowledge of Interior Design and have a passion for sharing and passing on your skills and experience, then this may be the ideal post for you. The successful applicant must have specialist knowledge in relevant Industry software for the Interior Design industry. This includes Sketch-up and/or Revit, Autocad, VRay Knowledge of Indesign and other Adobe CS software would also be desirable. We would be looking at appointing someone with current industry practice in order to support delivery of a broad curriculum across levels 4, 5 and 6. A PGCE and teaching experience are also desirable, though not essential depending on other experience.
