Job description
  • Commencing October 2024
  • Up to 0.8 FTE - Maternity Cover until July 2025
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum - £44,870 per annum (Actual Salary £ 24,000 per annum - £ 35,896 annum )
We are seeking a passionate and driven Geography teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will teach A-Level Geography, with Year 12 students following the OCR specification and Year 13 students studying under the Pearson/Edexcel specification.

All NEAs (coursework) delivery for Year 13 have been completed, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality examined content with the full support of our Head of Department and Senior Leadership Team.

We want teachers who are driven and determined to make a positive difference. We expect teachers to use their pedagogical skills to ensure lessons are enjoyable and engaging whilst supporting our students to achieve the best possible grades, that enable them to progress on to their chosen destination.

You will have the privilege, and challenge, of working in an exclusively A Level Sixth Form College with students that enjoy learning and have a determination to do well in their academic studies.

You will be supported by a team of equally committed colleagues who are working collaboratively to create an amazing Sixth Form College for our students.
