Lecturer in Electrical Installation - onsite, based at Broxbourne Campus - Monday - Friday (18 hours per week - Actual days to be confirmed) or Full time, Salary £31,225 - £41,925 per annum (Including £2,500 market supplement) depending on qualifications and experience (Actual salary £15,612.50 - £22,212.50 Including £2,500 market supplement) depending on qualifications and experience. Holiday Entitlement - 42 Days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays, Closing 20th September date 2024 @ midday.

About The Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our learners in developing their knowledge, practical skills and learning attitudes through the course. As the Electrical Lecturer you will be setting the foundation, being the vital component to provide practical and theoretical lessons to students and contribute to a successful starting route in them entering the world of work!

About You

The successful candidate will display a passion for teaching and enjoy interacting and engaging with students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues whilst using your own initiative. You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills and competent in using IT systems.

You will have teaching experience in subject specialism working within an FE or HE environment and hold a professional qualification in Electrical Installation Work up to Level 3. Good level of Maths and English and hold a teacher training qualification such as PGCE or DTLLS, or a willingness to complete in an agreed timeframe.

This role will suit someone who is seeking an opportunity to showcase their expertise and who can demonstrate positive approach to work with the ability to relate and motivate young people to achieve student success.
