An opportunity has arisen for a Data and Funding Officer to join our friendly Data and Funding team.

This is an exciting time to join a growing team as Timetabling and Data combine to ensure the college has a seamless approach.  In addition the College is growing and we have more data and Timetabling.  This role will play a key part in this continued expansion and the efficient and effective provision of data and timetabling across all College sites.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced & proactive individual, who is qualified to at least L2 standard with some previous experience in administration. They will need to be IT literate with Microsoft packages and generally educated in Maths and English. You will support the Data and Funding team in all aspects of the data and timetabling requirements to ensure the college is fully compliant with audit and inspection requirements.

You should be able to maintain excellent working relationships at all levels and possess a high level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise your own workload.

The role is based in the Data and Funding Team which is within the MIS Department with some travel between sites.  

The College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Employees will, in accordance with statutory guidance, be subject to a comprehensive checking process including references from current and previous employers, health, right to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS check and a further check against the appropriate barred list. To comply with legislation, you are required to obtain a DBS check for your role. We will be asking Protocol National Ltd/Esafeguarding Ltd to undertake this process on our behalf.
