The School of Hair, Beauty and Creative are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible person to join their team.

The successful candidate will be part of the curriculum team, working alongside teaching staff to support learning. The role requires a proactive individual to provide practical support to the staff and students in classrooms.

Based at our Luton campus, this role is for 2 days per week working Monday and Tuesday, term time only. Experience working with young adults would be advantageous, as would an understanding of isalon booking systems for hair and beauty services and reception work.

You may be required to manage some stock and demonstrate correct and safe use of equipment to students and staff. This could include booking and allocating equipment, maintaining it or preparing it for planned practical use in lessons.

The successful candidate will promote professionalism and excellent customer service at all times. You will have a good practical knowledge of the hairdressing and beauty environment, supporting learners with developing reception and stock control and displays.

It is essential that you have a professional manner, good communication skills and are capable of interpreting technical information and explaining it clearly.

The closing date for applications is Thursday 12 th September with interviews being held on Friday 20 th September.
