We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Operations in World of Work, which will contribute to our ambition to drive skills and to delivery high quality apprenticeships. The World of Work is an exceptional place to work, with staff working collaboratively to ensure the very best outcomes for our students.  

 

Reporting directly to the Executive Director for Employer Engagement, Apprenticeships and Skills, you will manage the overall performance of the World of work business development, apprenticeships and work experience team.

 

  • We are seeking a highly motivated experienced expert in apprenticeships and skills-based learning to drive our ambitious skills agenda.
  • Day to day you will be managing performance of the department and using your established commercial networks to engage employers to create new business opportunities for the College and our amazing students.
