About the Role

  • Install and support PCs, desktop platforms and associated desktop software using Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune.
  • Install, configure, support, and maintain our telephony services and systems, as well as mobile phones using MAM and MDM via Intune.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for our ICT Knowledge Database, including technical instructions and user guides.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure and Security Team Leader and colleagues to ensure a well-designed and fit for purpose business continuity and disaster recovery plan that meets the needs of the wider organisation.
  • Install, support and maintain our corporate infrastructure including network equipment (such as Edge Switches, Wi-Fi APs), corporate servers, network printers and associated software and scripts for both on-premises and cloud-based installations.

 

About You

  • COMPTIA IT Fundamentals, A+ or similar professional qualification.
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies including AAD, Intune / MDM / MAM.
  • Technical knowledge of networking and firewalls.
  • Exposure to the ITIL framework.
